Floor Standing Inkle Loom and Weaving Shuttle Hancrafted Solid Red Oak

A handcrafted large floor standing inkle loom (Including 8" beveled weaving shuttle). The Wiener Dog Ranch floor standing belt loom is great for large projects, long bands, belts, straps, tablet or card weaving. Lovingly handcrafted in my workshop entirely of solid red oak hardwood. Carefully sanded then finished with a combination of oil and wax for a natural smooth satin finish.

The heavy duty construction with pegs that are not only glued but also screwed into the loom's body allow it to handle high tension warps. Featuring a double tension system with almost a yard of adjustment giving the weaver a much larger range of motion and control of tension. Both tension knobs are conveniently located within arms length when seated so there is no need to get up to make adjustments. The base includes felt pads to help protect your floor from scratches.

This loom features pegs which measure 6.5" long and has a maximum warp length of almost 16 yards. It measures approximately 36" wide x 36.75" tall x 24" deep. The arm measures approximately 28.75" from the floor, just the right height to pull up close while seated in a comfy chair.

Designed to be easily broken down into 5 sections for convenient transport when needed. It ships unassembled, assembly is quick and easy using the supplied hardware (wing nuts, carriage bolts and lock washers). No tools required!
